Once orders are processed, they are sent out for shipping within 3 business days. Currently, we ship to the 48 continuous states due to shipping restrictions. All products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. A tracking number will be provided once items are shipped.
We're sorry your order did not arrive in tip top shape. If your polish or ring has a defect, you may return unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Due to the nature of the product, opened items are not eligible for a refund. Please contact us at [email protected] with a description and photo of the problem.
